FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 31, 2022) Cypress Cove life plan community has promoted three members of their dynamic culinary department’s management team. Paul Daniel has moved into the Director of Culinary Services role following Kevin Mannix’s retirement. Suzanne Plazewski has moved into Daniel’s previous position as Assistant Director of Culinary Services. Amy Sayeh’s position has changed to Senior Culinary Operations Manager.
This culinary leadership team is responsible for management of day-to-day dining and catering operations throughout the Cypress Cove campus. Currently this includes the Dolphin Dining Room and Captain’s Cove dining venues, along with catering events. Daniel oversees the functionality of the three Servi robots.
“We are thrilled to promote these outstanding team members to their new roles, and we also want to recognize Executive Chef Christian Lawrence’s continued leadership and service in the kitchen,” said Executive Director Mary Franklin. “We appreciate the entire culinary department’s commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences for Cypress Cove residents and their guests. We are in excellent hands as we move forward with the addition of a third dining venue at The Oaks that will open at the end of 2023.”
