Ammie Black, a certified human resource management professional for the South Fort Myers life plan community of Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, has been selected to present in Orlando this October at the annual user’s conference – Impact Nation – of Relias Learning.
Black’s presentation, title Keeping the Talent You Have: Engaging Employees & Preparing for Skills Gaps, is aimed at offering her colleagues advice, as well as current healthcare industry data, on gaining and retaining the best in employee talent.
She is a training and development professional with over 10 years of experience creating and delivering engaging presentations on talent development, compliance and regulatory topics within private and public companies and not-for-profit organization. Black earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Rasmussen College.
Black is certified as a professional in human resources both through the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
