As Director of Facilities at Cypress Cove, Scott Berry leads a dedicated team responsible for maintenance, environmental services, security, transportation, and renovations across the campus. His focus is on ensuring the community operates safely, efficiently, and beautifully—every day.

Scott brings over four decades of experience in construction and facilities management. He began his career in commercial construction in 1991 before transitioning to facilities leadership in 1996. Prior to joining Cypress Cove in 2022, Scott served as Facilities Director for Kennebec Behavioral Health in Maine for more than 25 years.

He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Maine and is a Certified Facilities Manager through IFMA, as well as a HUD Certified Housing Specialist. Known for his depth of knowledge and customer-first mindset, Scott is committed to delivering exceptional service and care through every aspect of his work.

Outside of Cypress Cove, Scott enjoys walking, biking, traveling, and spending quality time with friends, family, and his wife—often accompanied by their two lovable Doodles.
