As Director of Culinary Services at Cypress Cove, Laurent Bosc leads the vision, strategy, and execution behind the community’s elevated dining experiences. He oversees a talented team of more than 150 staff across multiple venues, blending fine dining with hospitality excellence to meet the refined tastes of residents. 

Originally from France, Laurent brings over two decades of international hospitality and leadership experience—including eight years with Disney and roles across Europe, Mexico, and the U.S. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a certification in Food & Beverage Management. 

Laurent is passionate about creating meaningful culinary moments—whether through seasonal menus, wine pairings, or one-of-a-kind events. With a focus on quality, creativity, and service, he is dedicated to exceeding expectations and celebrating the diverse tastes of the Cypress Cove community.

Outside of work, Laurent enjoys cooking, painting, and traveling—having explored over 37 countries. He treasures time with his wife and three children and still embraces adventure, with a past that includes scuba diving and over 1,500 skydives.
