Kim Bowman has been appointed Assistant Director of Dining Services at Cypress Cove HealthPark Florida of south Fort Myers.
Bowman, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, brings many years of dining service operation experience to the Cypress Cove dining services team headed by Kevin Mannix. Among his credentials, Bowman served 10 years in dining services operations at the Masonic Home of New Jersey in Burlington, NJ.
Bowman’s assignment includes assisting operations of Cypress Cove’s multiple kitchens and six dining facilities, which service the continuing care retirement community’s (CCRC) independent, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care residents and rehabilitative care residents. Cypress Cove dining services provides nearly 25,000 meals monthly and 295,000 annually to residents and guests.
Bowman joins a Cypress Cove dining services staff who deliver a product that ranks in the upper 3% for resident satisfaction among more than 500 nationally polled CCRCs.
