Cypress Cove in Fort Myers Achieves 95% Occupancy

FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 5, 2023) Cypress Cove luxury life plan community in Fort Myers, Florida announces the successful completion of their “Drive to 95” occupancy goal.

“As of April 5, 2023, we are 95% occupied and 97% sold,” said Mike Moss, vice president of marketing and sales.

The marketing and renovations teams were recognized at the April monthly leadership meeting and bestowed with “95 & Fabulous” sashes and tiaras (for the ladies), all in good fun.

“We are committed to providing Cypress Cove residents with a safe, comfortable and enriching environment where they can enjoy life to the fullest,” said Mary Franklin, executive director. “Reaching this occupancy goal is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our outstanding retirement counselors, as well as all team members and the quality of our services and amenities.”
