FORT MYERS, Fla. (August 14, 2023) Cypress Cove has installed electric vehicle charging stations at its luxury life plan community. The charging stations are available to all residents, guests and team members of the community.
“We are proud to offer this convenient and eco-friendly service to our community,” said Executive Director Mary Franklin. “This is a convenient and environmentally friendly option for our residents, team members and guests to charge their electric vehicles.”
Each pedestal charger at the two charging stations can charge two vehicles at a time. They are located in convenient parking areas, both with a scenic view overlooking one of the many beautiful lakes on campus. The EV Level 2 charging stations can fully charge most electric vehicles in a couple of hours. They are compatible with all major electric vehicle brands, including Tesla, Chevrolet, Nissan, Ford and more.
The installation of the charging stations is part of Cypress Cove’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
