Courtney Abbott

As Human Resources Manager, Courtney Abbott leads a dedicated team focused on team member relations, coaching, performance improvement, legal compliance, and HR strategy. She serves as a strategic partner to leadership, helping foster a values-based culture that supports both team member engagement and organizational goals. 

Courtney began her HR journey after a successful career in retail management sparked her interest in creating meaningful workplace experiences. After earning her MBA in Human Resource Management, she held roles in staffing and benefits before joining Cypress Cove in 2019. She was promoted to HR Manager in 2022. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2017. Courtney is especially skilled in benefits administration, HRIS optimization, and building strong connections across departments. 

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys life as a proud mom to a spirited toddler, frequent trips to Disney World, and visiting family in New Jersey. She also finds joy in reading—and even cleaning—as a way to relax and recharge.
