As Director of Inspired Rehabilitation and Wellness Integration, Diana Rippl leads the vision, strategy, and operations for the Mead Therapy Center, which includes inpatient skilled nursing and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy. She also oversees wellness programming for Independent Living residents, coordinating publications, medical seminars, and events that support all dimensions of wellness—empowering residents to truly live The Good Life. 

A licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, Diana’s background spans orthopedics, sports, pediatrics, adolescence, and geriatrics. She is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy with additional specialty certifications in scoliosis and Pilates for both exercise and rehabilitation. Her past roles include leading therapy departments, employer wellness programs, and hospital-based wellness initiatives. She has also held certifications as a health coach, group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and infant massage specialist. 

Diana brings a deep understanding of physical therapy paired with a whole-person approach to wellness. Her leadership is rooted in creating meaningful, evidence-based experiences that help residents thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Outside of work, Diana is a sports enthusiast who especially loves baseball and football. She enjoys early morning sunrises and has a lifelong passion for science and learning.
