As Skilled Nursing Administrator at Cypress Cove, Tily Sayeh leads day-to-day operations for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care at The Lodge. Her responsibilities span regulatory compliance, financial oversight, team development, and resident relations—all with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. 

Tily’s journey began at Cypress Cove in healthcare dining while still in high school. As she pursued her degree in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, she advanced through roles including administrative assistant, healthcare scheduling coordinator, administrator-in-training, and assistant administrator. She proudly became the first person to complete the Administrator-in-Training program at Cypress Cove under the Florida Board of Nursing. 

Tily brings empathy, motivation, and a forward-thinking mindset to her role. She is passionate about building strong relationships, driving continuous improvement, and creating an environment where residents and team members alike can thrive. 

Outside of work, Tily enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors—especially at the beach.
