As Director of Life Enrichment and Wellness at Cypress Cove, Wendy Post oversees a wide array of resident programs and activities across both Independent Living and Healthcare neighborhoods. She also serves as the team member liaison for several resident-led committees, ensuring that resident voices are heard and valued through open, respectful communication. 

Wendy’s career in senior living and wellness has been shaped by her deep passion for connection and community. Before stepping into her current role, she served as Resident Life Manager and Activities Supervisor, building programs that foster engagement, purpose, and joy. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication and a master’s in organizational leadership. Wendy is also currently pursuing certification through Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care® program—further strengthening her commitment to compassionate, person-centered support. 

Known for her collaborative nature and strong communication skills, Wendy brings energy, empathy, and creativity to her work, enriching both the resident and team experience every day. 

When she is not at Cypress Cove, Wendy enjoys exploring the local arts scene, catching live music, spending time with family, and seeking out the area’s best coffee spots.
