Cypress Cove Villas Expansion Project Soon to Begin

Construction on a multi-million dollar, 14-villas expansion project for Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida officially began Thursday with executives from the Life Plan Community joining contractor Chris-Tel Construction in a groundbreaking ceremony. The additional two and three bedroom villas, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2018, will increase Cypress Cove’s Villas home neighborhood to 44 homes. Gerry Harris, Director of Marketing and Sales states “The villas are situated in their own neighborhood, just steps away from all the amenities including fine dining and social activities offered at Cypress Cove. The villas are just what the current market is looking for.” Twelve of the fourteen villas are already sold. Cypress Cove is currently accepting reservations for the villas and beautifully appointed 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
