FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 5, 2023) Cypress Cove luxury life plan community announces the appointment of two exceptional directors to its leadership team. Joining the community are Laurent Bosc as director of culinary and Diana Rippl in a newly created role as director of inspiring rehabilitation and wellness integration.

Laurent Bosc brings a wealth of culinary management experience to Cypress Cove. Previously serving as the food and beverage director for seven successful years at ’Tween Waters Resorts under the esteemed SCBR Group, Bosc has honed his craft in various roles, including retail management in Italy and restaurant management at the renowned Walt Disney World. Fluent in French, Italian, and English, he also possesses a solid command of Spanish. Originating from France, Bosc is a certified management and supervision professional from the esteemed Mid-Florida Institute and has completed an international executive coaching program through Vistage.
Diana Rippl, MSPT, NCPT, OCS, joins Cypress Cove with an impressive background as a highly skilled health care manager, physical therapist, and wellness director. With significant contributions to the Southwest Florida community through her work at Lee Health and a prominent outpatient orthopedic center, Rippl’s dedication to improving the lives of individuals is evident. Her prior experience as a physical therapist in Cincinnati, Ohio, has also enriched her expertise in the field. Rippl holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Miami. She will oversee all operations at Cypress Cove’s Mead Therapy Center.
Executive Director Mary Franklin emphasized the significance of Diana Rippl’s role, stating, “This new director position will be pivotal in developing comprehensive wellness programming across all levels of care, encompassing every dimension of well-being. Our focus at Cypress Cove is to empower our residents to lead healthy and active lives, with wellness firmly at the core of everything we do.”
