FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 8, 2023) – Cypress Cove luxury life plan community in Fort Myers, Florida has partnered with TriCore Wellness in neighboring Naples, Florida to expand and optimize resident health and wellness programming.
TriCore Wellness provides hybrid wellness solutions for private clubs and communities. They specialize in operations, programming, and staffing. TriCore employs a large team of fitness professionals, clinical nutritionists, mental wellness practitioners, physical therapists, health coaches, and other highly qualified professionals to deliver a personalized wellness experience.
“At Cypress Cove, residents experience state-of-the-art whole personal wellness to stay at their very best and age purposefully,” said Executive Director Mary Franklin. “We incorporate all dimensions of wellness into everything we do, in every activity and department.”
Working together with TriCore Wellness, Cypress Cove is laser focused on residents’ health and active lifestyles. TriCore is currently on-site in the community daily, staffing the newly renovated fitness center and fitness programs. They provide on-site group fitness instruction, equipment demonstrations, personal training, and nutrition support. Group fitness classes are offered Monday through Saturday. There are currently 16 classes scheduled weekly. Personal training sessions, as well as small group training sessions, are also available.
TriCore Wellness will incorporate new programs every quarter, including educational presentations, small group health coaching classes, field trips such as beach walking and educational grocery store trips, app-based personalized health coaching, connected health devices integrations, and much more, including wellness programming for team members.
