As Assisted Living Administrator at Cypress Cove, Alexa Tryon oversees daily operations at The Inn and The Cottage, ensuring residents receive compassionate care in a safe, supportive environment. Her role includes managing care teams, upholding regulatory standards, and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and well-being.

Alexa began her career in senior living through an Administrator-in-Training internship with the University of South Florida. After earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences and Long Term Care Administration, she became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and continued her training at Cypress Cove before stepping into her current leadership role.

Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to team culture, Alexa focuses on creating a positive work environment that directly supports quality care and resident engagement.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new restaurants in the area.
